The handicapped Guardians association is a non government association found by the order of his highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, member of high council of the union, Governor of Sharjah emirate, honorary chief of the association, declared by the decision no 450 of year 1999 of ministry of Labour and social affairs, for representing the guardians of individuals with special needs. The guardian is the closer to his child and the best who can demand of the child rights, and he has the responsibility to give his child self-reliance even partially.
From this point appear the importance to have association that interest in UAE that will be Handicapped guardians association which support its efforts with the efforts of different associations and establishments in the society to support and protect the individuals with special needs rights and include them in the society.
